ORIS Pro : A SIMPLE PLATFORM FOR RAPID TARGET IDENTIFICATION

Oris Pro High-Throughput Cell Migration Assays are available in 96- or 384-well plates.  In each well, a water-soluble Bio-Compatible Gel (BCG) creates a central cell-free Detection Zone for cell migration experiments.  Upon attachment of the cells the BCG dissolves within 60 minutes, allowing the cells to migrate into the Detection Zone at the center of each well.

The Oris Pro Cell Migration Assay can be used with any adherent cell line, and the wells of the assay are coated with an extracellular matrix (Tissue Culture or Collagen I) to support the most popular cell lines.
